Kelly & Andrew - September 7, 2007

When Neil van Niekerk from One Perfect Moment asked me to work for him I was honored. Neil is a great person and a talented photographer. Kelly and Andrew were a wonderful couple and great to work with. They had their ceremony and reception at the Bloomfield Cultural Center. The reception was under a beautifully lit tent. It was a great time!

Here are a few iamges from their wedding. I started out with Andrew and the guys.

Neil thanks for the call and I look forward to working with you again. Kelly and Andrew congrats to the both of you and wish you guys nothing but happiness.

Mary & Nic - September 1, 2007

I actually did not get to meet Mary and Nic until a couple of days before the wedding. I met with Mary's parents at the studio and I must say they are two of the nicest people. It was the first time that I met with the Bride's parents before meeting the couple, I guess things went well. The wedding took place at the beautiful and historic West Point Academy. It was a gorgeous day for a wedding and needless to say all parties involved were looking fabulous starting with Mary.

Before I got started with the bridal prep, I could not help but capture some of the details in the Dean's house where Mary and the girls got ready. So here are a few images from a fantastic wedding.

Mary loves flowers and actually worked for a florist in Rockland, so of course the flowers were amazing!

Mary getting a little bit of help from her Mom and the girls.

Now some images from Mary's Bridal prep. She was a firecracker and a lot of fun to work with!

Mary was just so graceful in front of the camera.

This is one of my favorites from the day!

The girls were ready to have some fun. Here they are having a toast.

We can't forget about Nic and the guys. Nic was in uniform as he is a Captain in the Army.

One of the cutest babies I have photographed at a wedding!

And of course the Saber Sword ceremony.

Now for the fun stuff.

Nic played hockey and was able to access to the ice rink and boy did we have some fun.

After the ice hockey rink, we walked around and worked with the architecture.

Mary and Nic used the sword for their cake cutting. That was cool!

Nic had red hot chilli peppers on the back of his shirt. That was hot! Oops! no pun intended.

This was definitely a party and everyone was in on the fun!

This is the latest thing at weddings these days. Guys doing double dutch on the dance floor. If you haven't seen this at a wedding then you have no idea what fun you're missing. It is hilarious!
Mary and Nic thanks for such a good time. You guys were a lot of fun and wonderful to work with. It was a pleaure to meet you both and be a part of your special day. Please say hi to your mom and dad. They were truly great and helpful!

Queenee & Brian - August 3, 2007

This was another wedding that was extremely special to me. I have personally known Queenee for a very long time through my lovely wife. They've known each other since elementary school
and have an awesome friendship. I've also known Brian for sometime as well and we've had some funny moments from hanging out. This was a great wedding at a venue in Conneticut, the Simsbury 1820 House. It was also great because I got to see many friends and family of Queenee's who I've met over the years. It was great to see all of you! And of course I was joined by my good colleague David Meilcarek as well as Monika Broz. It was an awsome time and just a beautiful wedding despite the heat. They were both troopers and great to work with.

Let's take a look at some of the days images, starting with the venue and of course with Queenee's bridal prep. The dress was beautiful and the fun started early. Monika worked with me during the bridal prep.

This is one of my favorite's because the fan that Gladys is using to cool Queenee down with looks just like an iPOD. It was totally cool!

Here are some images from Queenee's bridal portraits. Absolutely stunning! You go GIRL!

LOVE IT!

While Monika and I were working with Queenee and the girls David was doing his thing with Brian and the guys.

While we were finishing up David, who's always looking for moments to capture, found the girls having some fun.

Another favorite!

Here are a few of Queenee and Brian during their session. It was a hot & humid August day but they were up for the challenge. With three photographers we were able to get cool angles. This one is courtesy of David.

This great images of the Queenee and Brian walking down the hill was captured by Monika.

Love this image that Monika captured.

There was some construction near the venue and we took advantge of the opportunity to get some cool stuff! Always looking for cool places to get different images.

Courtesy of David.

I went inside to get some shots of cocktail hour and David and Monika were still working with Queenee and Brian. Great, great shot David and Monika.

This moment was right after Queenee's dad made his toast to the wonderful couple.

The first dance.

These are Queenee's girls who she grew up with and have been friends ever since and pretty much for life. O' girls just wanna have fun! Their version of Charlie's Angels! Group shoot!

Leina and her dad having some fun on the dance floor. You go Mr. Minakawa!

And of course can't forget about the details. Here are a few.

Queenee and Brian thank you for a super time and a wonderful wedding. The both of you are just truly great individuals and even a greater couple. I wish you guys nothing but the best. It was a honor to photograph your wedding. It was great seeing everyone at the wedding!
